What can I expect from the Exhibition?
Harry Potter™: The Exhibition is a groundbreaking touring exhibition that celebrates the iconic moments, characters, settings, and beasts as seen in the beloved film series and the extended world of Harry Potter through best-in-class interactive design and technology. This unique in-depth exhibition delights visitors through powerful storytelling and innovative technology and features original props and costumes. See how some of your favorite moments, characters, and locations from the beloved film series are brought to life, and experience iconic moments, creatures and stories from Fantastic Beasts™ and Harry Potter and The Cursed Child. Choose your favorite Hogwarts™ house, wand, and Patronus to begin a personalized journey through this all-inclusive exhibit: plop down in Hagrid’s giant chair, squeeze into the Cupboard Under the Stairs, and practice your Quidditch™ skills by throwing a Quaffle all while you discover behind-the-scenes filmmaking details. Will all of the props and costumes be the same in every city?
Because we are showcasing authentic props and costumes from various Harry Potter productions, displayed items will vary by venue.
Will the Exhibition reveal spoilers from the films?
Harry Potter™: The Exhibition is a celebration of all eight Harry Potter films and the extended world of Harry Potter. Iconic story moments and behind the scenes information are featured throughout the experience. It is not necessary to have seen all the films in order to enjoy the exhibition, but visitors will see content from the full timeline of the franchise.
How long will my visit take?
The exhibition is self-guided, and we expect guests to spend 60-90 minutes exploring.
How long will the exhibition stay in Brussels?
The exhibition will be open for a limited engagement. Please visit our ticketing page for the most up-to-date schedule.
I have the last time slot, will I have enough time?
The exhibition will close 1 hour 30 min after the final entry session each day. We recommend checking our ticketing page closer to the date you’d like to visit to confirm operating hours.
Can I dress up to visit the exhibition?
Yes! We encourage visitors to celebrate the Harry Potter series by dressing up. Wands are also permitted inside the exhibition. Please share your photos with us using @harrypotter_exhibition and #HarryPotterExhibition!

Yes, there is a retail store where guests can shop for a wide variety of products including many that are exclusive to the exhibition and not found anywhere else.
About tickets
How and where can I purchase tickets?
Can tickets be purchased at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, please note that cash will not be accepted for onsite sales. Tickets may also be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets through the Fever App (available on Google Play or the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, digital tickets can be validated directly from the Fever App. Please follow the instructions at the point of sale.
I can’t find my ticket. What can I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store; remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. Please note that a confirmation email with your ticket has been sent to the email address associated with your Fever profile at the time of purchase. If you still cannot find your tickets, please check this guide or contact us.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
Subject to availability, this experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under UAE Consumer Protection Law. At what age do children have to buy a ticket?
All guests ages 3 and up require a ticket for entry. Ages 2 and under are welcome to visit, and do not need a ticket. Due to restrictions within the venue, strollers are not permitted inside the Brussels Exhibition.
How do I redeem my FLEX Ticket and what does it include?
With a FLEX Ticket, you purchase a ticket for a pre-selected date, but you decide what time you would like to visit the exhibition on that day. There is no need to queue in the regular line, as you will enjoy access through a dedicated Priority Lane.
Please note: A FLEX Ticket only provides flexibility regarding your arrival time on your selected date and includes Priority Lane access. It does not allow you to visit the exhibition on a different date.
How do I redeem my VIP Ticket and what does it include?
With a VIP Plus Ticket, you enjoy the ultimate flexibility. You are not tied to a specific date or timeslot. Simply choose the day you wish to visit the exhibition and arrive at any time during our opening hours.

The ultimate Harry Potter™: The Exhibition experience, offering complete freedom to plan your visit whenever it suits you best.
Please check our website before travelling to the exhibition to ensure that we are open on the day you intend to visit. During July and August, the exhibition is open daily. From September onwards, different opening hours apply and the exhibition will be closed on selected days.
There is no need to book or confirm your visit in advance. Please note that the exhibition closes 90 minutes after the final admission time.
Most visitors spend approximately 60 to 90 minutes exploring the exhibition.

Which items are not permitted?
To ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors, the following items are not permitted inside the exhibition:

- Outside food and beverages
- Illegal drugs or substances
- Noise-making devices
- Fireworks
- Weapons of any kind
- Professional photography and video equipment
Is there a Lost & Found service?
Yes. Please contact a member of our team if you have lost an item.
Found items are kept for up to 14 days after the exhibition closes. Items that are not claimed within this period will be donated.
Exhibition Access
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving no more than 15 minutes before your reserved entry time.
FLEX, VIP and VIP Plus Ticket holders may enter at any time during the exhibition's opening hours.
What happens if I arrive late?
For entry slots scheduled every 30 minutes, you may arrive at any point during your 30-minute entry window.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we will do our best to admit you during the next available timeslot, subject to capacity.
Can I leave and re-enter the exhibition?
No.
Each ticket grants one-time entry only.
Once you have left the exhibition, re-entry is not permitted. If you need to leave temporarily due to an emergency, please speak to a member of staff before exiting.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The exhibition is fully wheelchair accessible.
Are there facilities for visitors with disabilities?
Yes! We offer discounted tickets for visitors with disabilities and accompanying companion or personal assistant.
Visitors who require assistance are entitled to purchase discounted admission ticket for an accompanying companion or personal assistant The companion may obtain the discounted ticket upon arrival by presenting valid proof of the visitor's disability. The visitor must hold a valid admission ticket.
For visitors under the age of 18, each group must include at least one paying adult.
Is the exhibition accessible for deaf, hard of hearing, blind or visually impaired visitors?
Yes.
Accessibility has been carefully considered throughout the exhibition.
Most video screens and multimedia experiences include subtitles, allowing visitors who are deaf or hard of hearing to fully enjoy the experience.
Are animals allowed? Are assistance dogs permitted?
Pets are not permitted inside the exhibition.
Certified assistance and guide dogs are welcome.
Are strobe lights used?
No. The exhibition does not use strobe lighting.
Visitors who are sensitive to sensory stimuli should be aware that the exhibition includes:
- Background music
- Audio clips from the Harry Potter films
- Flashing light effects (non-strobe)
- Motion-activated sound and video effects
- Various interactive multimedia experiences
Is an audio guide available?
Yes.
Audio guides can be purchased online or on-site as an optional add-on.
The audio guide is accessed via a QR code scanned on your smartphone and provides exclusive behind-the-scenes information about the exhibition.
Please ensure your phone is sufficiently charged, and we recommend bringing your own headphones for the best experience.
